We appreciate the capable spiritual leadership of our pastor, deacon, ministers and all members who participate in various departments to ensure a smooth running of church activities. Although the burden of the vision of the Lord upon us has been very heavy and great, the shoulders and hands of the few gallant men and women of this Assembly have borne them with great endurance and patience. We can testify like apostle Paul, we have done all things through Christ who strengthens us.

Our vision has always been to put Christ before the people. The church leadership is united behind this vision. As a leadership team we strongly believe that the church does not own its members. We have no strings attached to the membership of the local assembly. Every individual who is born again by the Holy Spirit becomes a member of the mystical body of the Lord Jesus Christ. That’s the only membership we advocate for. The local assembly is only a platform where the members of Christ’s body gather according to the Bible to pray, worship, receive teachings and break bread (communion). Christ remains the supreme leader of our local assembly by the Holy Spirit; He is the only Owner and Shepherd of the sheep. We believe that only His sheep have ability to hear His voice.

As the Pastor, I would comfort the burden bearers of this Assembly with these words:

139 … And when the yoke is lined with the joy, and peace, and sweetness of Christ in your heart, then you just pick up all the burdens the world casts on you, and bear them to a certain hill called Calvary, and there you kneel down and pray for that one that was persecuting you. Not rain fire out of Heaven and tear up the church, but you bring peace to them. “God, be merciful to them.”
